MICHAEL FERNANDEZ, Mediator, Arbitrator and Consultant with MBFernandez Enterprises, LLC, graduated with his Bachelors of Science Degree in Pre-Law from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas A&M – Corpus Christi, with credits toward his law degree with South Texas College of Law (Houston College of Law) and is currently finishing his PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. 


Michael has extensive experience in Supplier Negotiations, Contracts, Contract Management, Sourcing, Procurement, Leadership, Supplier Diversity, Employer/Employee Relationships, Supplier Relationship Management, Change Management, Team Building, Conflict Management, Manufacturing and Logistics Skills.

In Michael’s spare time, he enjoys reading business & leadership books, spending time with family, mentoring others, volunteering in community organizations, working out, following sports, and traveling both domestically and internationally.

BRANDEE FERNANDEZ, Headquarters Lead for Global Strategic Sourcing Center of Excellence specializing in Electronics & Electrical Commodities previously Global Director of Procurement with Baker Hughes responsible for all product lines in Oil and Gas operations.  Brandee graduated with her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Production and Operations Management (Supply Chain) from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.  She also obtained her Masters of Business Administration Degree in Management from Oklahoma State University (OSU-Tulsa, Oklahoma). Brandee has her Green Belt certification and C.P.M. and CPIM credentials through ISM/APICS respectively.  

Brandee has experience in multiple supply chain roles within several industries.  Developing her supply chain and leadership experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas and retail has provided a vast experience in Leadership, Team Dynamics, Inventory Management, Procurement, Supplier Quality Management, Procure to Pay, Commodity & Strategic Sourcing, Conflict Management, Contract & Performance Management, Employee Development and Relations, Supplier Relationship Management and Negotiations.

In Brandee’s spare time, she enjoys volunteering with organizations (such as SIDO (University of Houston), APICS, Keep Friendswood Beautiful Board and Volunteer member, Lighthouse Charity Team, PTO & other school related opportunities) to mentor individuals of all ages to drive passions to reality. She also enjoys writing, traveling the world, staying physically fit, spending time with her family, working as a Scentsy Independent Consultant and continuously learning through reading, webinars and partnering with other business professionals.
